The available profiles, with the jobs they really cover

Each figure answers a precise stand need. Below you’ll find what they do, which skills we check at selection and when it’s worth adding them to the team.

Selection

How we choose the people we propose

Selection is the first filter on risk: a verified profile reduces absences and surprises at the fair.

  • Individual interview with a check on the declared language level
  • Verified work history: events, sectors, roles already held
  • Assessment of presence and stamina over long shifts on your feet
  • Reliability: punctuality and attendance in previous engagements
  • Advance training on the client’s product and script
  • Reserves identified upfront for every confirmed team

How many people you need, in practice

  • Stand up to 50 m²1 welcome hostess, plus 1 promoter on public days.
  • Stand 50–150 m²2 welcome figures, 1–2 promoters, team leader recommended from the fourth person.
  • Stand over 150 m²coverage across several entrances, a steward to protect the displayed products, a dedicated interpreter on trade days.
  • Reserved area or hospitality1 fixed figure for cloakroom and guest list, regardless of the floor area.

Rough guidance. The final sizing is done in the brief, based on hours, expected flows and the commercial goal.
